Our quality assurance strictly complies with the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2015. We aim for continuous improvement and process management. Moreover, HSE & 5S activities are parts of our core practices.

Our quality assurance capabilities include 100% - 300% inspection in each process to follow any customer requirements in terms of quality process such as, first article submissions, customer audits, and source inspections.

Offering many high precision-testing equipment, we are able to check dimension of parts with 0.0002" or 0.005mm accuracy.

An outstanding project we invested is the Sshot peening machine, a technology of sSurfex-iIndia (sSurface fFinishing eEquipment Cco.) with shot classifier, magna valve & nozzle reciprocation, AMS 2431/1E steel shots from Ervin industries – USA and all accessories from Electronics Inc. - USA to important parameters of shot peening: Intensity, coverage.

We have the experience to in weld ing and repairing products made of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other metal alloys.
