We are capable of machining complex parts with tight tolerance specifications using our wide range of Horizontal and Vertical CNC Milling machines, Turning machines, CNC off-center gun-drilling, Deep bore drilling, EDM-WEDM, Waterjet, Grinding & Lapping, CNC Tool Grinding, Pressure Testing, Helium Leak Testing, HVOF, Shot Peening, Hard-facing. Machining capabilities include:

CNC Lathe:
We have conventional lathes, screw machines, mill-turn machines, and micro-lathes. Maximum part sizes for our machines are presented in the accompanying table. For most turned parts, dimensional accuracies are equal or above 0.0002 inch / 0.005 mm. For micro turning, we are able to maintain micron-level tolerances.

CNC Milling:
We have a wide variety of milling machines, including vertical, horizontal, 5-axis, high speed and micro-mills. Maximum part sizes for our machines are presented in the accompanying table. For most milled parts, dimensional accuracies are equal or above 0.0002 inch. In the case of micro-milling, we routinely maintain micron-level tolerances.

EDM-WEDM:

Waterjet:
Our waterjetwater jet is capable of cutting a variety of materials up to 55" wide x 100" long. It offers a high degree of versatility and is perfect for applications where waste needswastes need to be reduced for expensive materials, such as titanium.
